Event Details
Women4Women's Sounding Board Program will focus on your individual, professional challenges and will have the following structure:
- Small groups of a maximum of 5 people
- Peer-to-peer mentoring
- Meet F2F monthly for 2 hours at a mutually agreed time
- 8 sessions running from October 2021 until June 2022.
This is for you if you are looking for:
- Stimulating discussions
- Goal setting
- More objective decision making
- Widening viewpoints
- A deeper connection and network.
You need to be willing to:
- Commit to the group monthly
- Active participation (both receiving and giving)
- Support others.
