Change Management in Practice

The People and Culture committee is continuing the series of round table discussions to share experiences, knowledge and best practice among our chamber's members, on a leadership theme.

SKF, the leading global technology provider, is currently going through a transformation process and Helen Sun, the Country Manager for Singapore and HR Head for South East Asia, will share insights on their current situation and invite to discuss and exchange experiences on change management.

This meeting will be held as an informal "brown bag lunch", where a member will share experiences on a pre-set subject, this time change management, followed by a discussion around the table, while we are having lunch. Questions will be sent out beforehand, to let the participants prepare and familiarise themselves with the issues and questions to be discussed.
