Since we currently can't meet in person due to well-known reasons, please join us for a webinar co-hosted by our regional sister organisations the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and the Swedish Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan.

With the current COVID-19 situation, many companies and institutions have been forced to rethink how and where they conduct their business. Due to the possibility of community spread, a large amount of people are working from home for safety reasons. What can you do, both as an employee or employer, to make sure you and your team continue to be as productive as possible? Our experts will go through both the technological and the mental side of things, including:

  • How do you adopt a successful state of mind to work from home?
  • How do you prepare and lead meetings from a far?
  • What do you need to think about when working with sensitive and confidential material at home?

These questions and many more will be answered during our webinar. IKEA Japan will also share insights from a case study they have carried out on the topic of working from home.

Our panel consists of Alessandra Lombardi, Business Development Manager at 7Cento, Jaan Orvet, Design Strategist at Manyone Asia, and Elin Åhlund, Country People & Culture Manager at IKEA Japan. The panel will be moderated by David Haqvinsson, General Manager at Handelsbanken Hong Kong.

NB: A meeting code will be sent out to participants prior to the meeting.
