Understanding Carbon Markets

Anna Stablum is a business development professional with extensive experience in various commodities: metals, iron ore and carbon. Her understanding of economic fundamentals, market drivers, trading, and platforms has allowed her to develop a strong track record of success. She is currently building ClimeCo's presence in Asia - a leading global decarbonisation solutions provider.

Most recently, as commercial director for Climate Impact X in Singapore, Anna was instrumental in developing one of the world’s first exchanges for carbon, creating a spot trading platform for high-integrity carbon credits. Throughout her career, she has endeavored to engage market participants by bringing people together, educating them, and sharing her vision to create the ecosystem needed for markets to develop and mature.

Anna holds a Master of Science in Latin American Studies from Oxford University, a Master of Arts (Politics and Economics) from the University of Glasgow, and a Diploma in Sustainable Development from Uppsala University in Sweden. She also has a Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute
