Dear Subscriber,
Scandinavia is currently experiencing a surge in tour and holiday activity bookings, particularly from Asian travelers. Could it be that, with extreme heat increasingly affecting the world, more people are seeking cooler destinations? If you are in search of a chill, Sweden certainly has you covered...
Since 1989, when the Torne River freezes over, a new Icehotel is created every year in the small village of Jukkasjärvi, 200 kilometers north of the Arctic Circle, in northern Sweden. The frozen river is transformed into stunning design and architecture - an ever-changing art project and the world’s first and largest hotel made entirely of snow and ice. Each year, the Icehotel is re-imagined with a brand new design, offering a truly unique hotel experience. The hotel features rooms made of ice, an ice bar, and ice art exhibitions. The Icehotel's bar also changes its design every year. The 2016 bar, seen in the photo above, was designed by Elin Julin, Marinus Vroom and Jens Thoms Ivarsson. The ice bar concept has even become an export, with similar bars now found in cities like London and Stockholm.
Why not plan your next holiday in Sweden?

Integrating purpose into B2B branding |
Is integrating purpose into B2B branding the key to success, or is it just a trend for B2C companies? The answer is clear: Purpose-driven branding is crucial for B2B success. Companies that integrate a strong, authentic purpose into their operations tend to outperform competitors in key areas like revenue growth, profitability, and long-term resilience.
Join us on Tuesday 18 March as Martin Deinoff, Partner at Lynxeye, explores how B2B companies can successfully integrate purpose into their operations. He will share actionable strategies from Lynxeye's work with Sandvik, a Swedish multinational, and their collaboration to redefine the company's B2B brand purpose in the wake of strategic changes. He will also dive into the latest findings from Lynxeye’s 2024 Purpose Index™ report, which reveals a compelling connection between purpose and business success. This event is a must for B2B companies looking to enhance their brand, align with growing consumer expectations, and build a sustainable, forward-thinking future.
