Event Details

COVID-19 has, for the first time, elevated the importance of the physical dimension of work. The pandemic accelerated existing trends in remote work and they are likely here to stay, whether mandated by employers or due to employees' personal choices. Work will probably never be the same as it was before.

At the start of 2022,Universum* surveyed over 650 of the world's biggest and best employers to see what they were doing in the face of shifting practices and expectations where remote working is concerned. This data has now been analysed and is ready to share. SwedCham Singapore has invited Mr Mike Parsons, Managing Director APAC forUniversum,to share the findings from this study.

Please join us for this in-person breakfast event as Mr Parsons walks us through many interesting topics, including:

  • How are employers around the world reacting to the changes?
  • What factors are driving policy changes and what is the expected payoff?
  • Where are there regional differences in mindset and approach?
