Cyber Security in Times of Crisis

Magda Chelly is currently leading Cyber Advisory Asia for Marsh. She is also the founder of WoSEC (Women of Security) Singapore Chapter. She co-founded a cybersecurity startup Responsible Cyber in Singapore, currently valued at SGD 7 million. She has a PhD in Telecommunication Engineering, is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Certified Information Security Officer (S-CISO). She held several Chief Information Security Officer roles for medium and large organisations across Asia and internationally.

Ms Chelly has built cyber security strategies for companies, and provided guidance; from governance and security architecture to security operations. She has a hands-on experience with penetration testing and technical cloud security across main cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure). Ms Chelly is also a serial entrepreneur, and she has been nominated as a TOP 50 International cyber security influencer internationally and is among "58 Women In Cybersecurity To Follow On Twitter”.

Marie Hélène Mansard joined Axis in 2017 as Director of Business Development for the South Asia Pacific region. Prior to Axis, Mrs Mansard held several global leadership positions in aerospace, defence, energy and IT Systems industries. She has served as Director in sales, marketing, business development, public affairs, consulting and business unit management, in businesses related to Smart Cities, Secured Cloud Computing, Additive Manufacturing, Drones, Air Surveillance, Critical Infrastructure Security, Big Data, Control and Command Systems, Asset and Product Life Management.

Ms Mansard has strong skills in high tech systems, products and services for B2B and B2G markets in Safety and Security, Video analytics and Cyber-security.

She is a board member of SwedCham Singapore and spends her free time swimming, walking and practicing yoga and meditation.

Lars-Åke Severin is the founder and CEO of the leading Scandinavian Security Consultancy PSU. He has a background from the Swedish Armed Forces, the Swedish Police and Swedish Security Police (SÄPO). Furthermore Mr Severin operationally led the Swedish Royal Family Close Protection Teams and founded Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Victoria's Close Protection Team.

Mr Severin founded PSU in China in 2006 and is one of the leading foreign experts on security management in China. Mr Severin is also the chairman of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China and director and member of the board of the Swedish industrial company Bulten (China).

Mr Severin has solid experience on Asia-based business intelligence, risk mitigation, fraud investigations and sensitive re-organisation projects.
