Mr Richard Hooker is a Global Mobility Industry Professional with over 18 years’ experience working throughout APAC, EMEA and the Americas. Mr Hooker has held management positions in Client Services, Operations and Business Development. Key areas of expertise include Policy and Process, Compensation and Benefits, Cross Borders Cultural Awareness and International Expat Tax and Immigration compliance.

Mr Hooker is currently overseeing Client Services and Operations for Movenet, a Swedish owned relocation management company headquartered in Malmö, and with offices in Singapore and the US.

Mr Michael Johnsen is the Vice-President of the APAC region for Arpin International, a household goods (HHG) moving & storage company with USA HQ and offices and operations throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Mr Johnsen has been managing businesses in Mainland China, with more than 16 years on the ground.

Currently based in Singapore, Mr Johnsen has over two decades of experience of developing businesses in Asia, most recently growing Arpin’s presence in Mainland China and throughout Asia-Pac.His primary goal is supporting teams to deliver world-class services to multi-national corporations and their assignees.

Previously, Mr Johnsen was a co-founder and vice-president at Dash Brands, which is the master franchisee for Domino’s Pizza in China.
