Transformation is a hot topic – Digital Transformation, Organizational Transformation, Cultural Transformation etc are currently the buzz words in many strategic business plans around the world. Billions of dollars are being spent by companies across industries globally, to drive the transformation agenda. All too often the net result is confusion, ineffective disruption, and ultimately nothing has really transformed. So how do we truly transform?
