Ulrika Jonsson has a long career in HR from several multinational companies and has in recent years focused on the opportunities within digital HR, most recently in the role of Director Business Development, Digital HR, at Microsoft.

Since the turn of the year, Ulrika has been working as Head of Business Development at Brilliant Future, a Swedish company that offers a data-driven insight and action platform to build employee engagement and customer advocacy to grow the business on the bottom line.

Sid leads the Career Business within Mercer. He has multi-dimensional HR and business leadership experience that spans across the corporate and consulting environments in India, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Siddharth holds a Masters in Business Analytics from the Stern School of Business in New York University and a First class in B.Sc. Honors – Mathematical Statistics from Hindu College, Delhi University, India.

Sarajit joined Ericsson in Singapore in 2013, where he works with the global leadership teams to implement processes and practices in people analytics. Currently, he is leading a global project on implementing a leading analytics platform to extend access to people insights to all business leaders and line managers.

Prior to working at Ericsson, Sarajit was a Management Consultant with Deloitte and several other consulting firms. Over 17 years, he helped to lead various organizations in APAC, implementing solutions to improve their HR strategy, HR delivery model, and HR processes and systems. Sarajit has an MBA from XLRI – Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur, a premier management institute of India.
