Rachele has 15 years of experience in Employer Branding and Talent Strategy Consulting – 13 of them with Universum. She works with the majority of Fortune 100 companies, leading organizations across APAC and Governments helping them to address their future talent needs and to maximize and leverage their strengths as employers to lay the foundation for successful development of Employer Branding and Talent strategies.

Rachele has lead client strategy across APAC for Universum since 2006. In 2011, she set up Universum’s APAC HQ in Singapore where she relocated to better support private organizations and the public sector evolve from tactical to strategic HR practices. Since then APAC has become Universum’s fastest growing region and key to its global success.

Cindy Wee is since 2014 the Regional Human Resource Manager, South Asia Pacific, for Axis Communications: a Swedish-based company in the intelligent security solutions business. Prior to this, Cindy was the Senior Vice President/Head of Human Resource, Asia for a US insurance broker, Marsh Inc. In the close to 5 years that she has been with Axis Communications, she has worked actively on building and promoting a stronger and sustainable Axis culture based on the company core values. Since then the company has grown in headcount and revenue by more than fifty percent.

Horst Wasel, a German citizen, has more than 35 years experience in Atlas Copco. He started his long and fruitful Atlas Copco career in 1983 when he joined Atlas Copco Energas in Germany as Mechanical Development Engineer. In January 2017, he moved to Singapore and as Vice President for Atlas Copco in Southeast Asia Holding. Over the years he has built up broad international experience, and today he is the Chairperson and has Legal Board responsibility for Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, and Myanmar.

Ms Tham is currently in the Future Talent Programme (FTP) under the 2 year leadership track, specialising in Human Resources (HR). During these 2 years, she will be rotating across the different HR sub-functions.

The Singapore office is the regional hub in the South Asia, East Asia and Oceania region, and the HR team in Singapore serves a network of over 3,000 employees from 13 different countries.

Agneta Olsson is Head of Talent and Leadership in IKEA SEA, ensuring this blue & yellow company has a great pool of talents and leaders ready to successfully create the winning way forward.
Before starting focusing on growing people alone, Agneta spent 15 years as a leader in various branches of IKEA in Singapore, Shanghai, Holland and Sweden. Now also a certified coach, the last three years has involved starting up IKEA Learning Centre Asia in Shanghai & developing the IKEA global senior leadership program. Right now she is busy with leadership and team development initiatives in the company. To reach the vision of IKEA is not a one-man (or woman!) show, and while our world is constantly changing, the importance of unleashing the potential of each individual and team has become more important than ever.

Lotta Patrickson has a solid background in business oriented HR and is today working as a Senior HR Consultant and Trainer, specialising in organisational alignment and employee engagement. Over the past 18 years involved in strategic as well as operational HR, project management, organisational transformation, team development and leadership training. Solid international work experience from having worked in Sweden, France, Switzerland, Hong Kong and Singapore.
