Developing your Leadership Intuition

Ms Helena Livingston is an independent leadership development professional. She is based in Singapore but consults globally. With over 18 years’ experience, Ms Livingston has worked effectively with leaders from diverse backgrounds, nationalities, and across industry sectors focusing on furthering and strengthening her clients’ behavioural dilemmas towards transformation and growth. For the past ten years, she has worked on senior-level experiential leadership development programs at INSEAD.

Ms Livingston is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is certified to administer and interpret assessments including in-depth work with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®️ (MBTI) and has extensive experience with various other 360 feedback tools. She is well experienced in understanding group dynamics and attends Group Relations Conferences annually.

Prior to establishing her coaching practice, she had a successful career as Regional Marketing Manager in Asia for the largest outdoor advertising company worldwide. Both her corporate and coaching careers have seen Helena traverse the globe, giving her an extensive working and cultural knowledge of Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia Pacific region.
