Mr Kilian has a wealth of experience in helping companies navigate the ever-changing business landscape. He has played a key role in setting up Fjord studio in Southeast Asia for Accenture and Sapient Nitro in Singapore. He is also a seasoned entrepreneur, having founded his own firm Encouraging Behaviour and co-founded Brilliant Basics, which was later acquired by Infosys
