Sustainability stands out as a major disruptor in today's world as businesses strive to serve their customers in ways which positively impact the planet and communities across the value chain. Engaging teams across the business and helping them believe they have the skills and abilities to drive success through sustainability is a challenge SwedCham Member Celemi decided to take on.
Celemi has developed a challenging, interactive, and compelling business simulation on sustainability transformation, where participants get to experience the greatest challenge in business today by stepping into the driver's seat. Our goal is to help change mindsets and equip people with the knowledge and confidence to support their businesses with their own transformation.
This event is an opportunity to learn and connect around sustainability using a fun and interactive game. You will join a small team to play the Celemi Sustainability simulation and enjoy some healthy competition against the other teams. We will open with some thoughts from a leading sustainability expert. The simulation experience will be led by a facilitator who will guide the learning process and encourage sharing and discussion among the groups in between simulated game years. Around the simulation, the Celemi team will provide a great opportunity to open up around the challenges and inventive approaches companies are using to become leaders in sustainable business.
Sustainability leaders and project managers looking for inventive ways to engage the wider workforce on the topic and have a chance to interact with peers across organisations
