Mr Allan Boyd is an experienced facilitator, consultant, and solution design professional with over 8 years of experience in coaching and delivering capability improvement.

He is passionate about change management, leadership, agile for organisations, and data-lead decision-making. Mr Boyd supports clients globally with leadership and business acumen programs and is fortunate to spend time engaging the next generation of the workforce through university guest lectures and business simulations.

Mr Boyd has a BSc in Business Administration and Public Policy (Aston University).

Mr Oussama Labib is the CEO & Founder of Aeqlia, a digital learning company and the representative of Celemi in Singapore.

Over his career, Mr Labib has worked across various industries in the oil and gas, hospitality and retail industries.

In Singapore, he worked at IKEA Southeast Asia, responsible for the region's Talent & Learning function. He then moved on as a Regional Director of a consulting company leading global culture and people transformation projects around employee engagement, high-performing teams and sustainability training for over 35,000+ employees.

Throughout his experience, he has developed a high level of expertise in designing, developing and implementing learning solutions that transform people’s behaviours for business impact.

Mr Labib has earned a Master of Science in Business Administration from SKEMA Business School in France.
