Market Outlook: South Korea

Mr Johannes Andreasson is currently the Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of Sweden Seoul.

Mr Andreasson has since 2009 had several positions within the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Indonesia, Japan and Sweden.

He has a Master in European studies from Göteborg University, Sweden and a Master in Public Administration from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy National University of Singapore

Mr Johan Chun has been the country manager of Business Sweden, Korea since August 2012. He has a functional role as the Swedish Trade commissioner for the Swedish embassy and is part of Business Sweden ́s regional leadership team.

With over 20+ years of professional experience from management positions in the private industry, Mr Chun has extensive experience in Business development and strategy. He has spent the majority of his professional career in Sweden and recently Korea, but he also has international experience from working in the UK and France. Currently, he is also a board member of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Korea.

Before joining Business Sweden, the Swedish Trade and Invest Council, he worked in the start-up ecosystem in Sweden. Prior to that, he served as a Business developer for ICA Group, one of the largest retail groups in the Nordics and as Operations Manager for DHL global forwarding. He has a background in management consulting from Ernst & Young management consulting.
