Cecilia Sandberg
Senior Vice President Human Resources at Atlas Copco AB - Group Center
Ms Cecilia Sandberg has an experience with more than 25 years within the field of People Management, as a functional expert but also as a leader leading leaders and leading teams. She has always been working in an international environment covering the airline industry, Pharma, MedTech and the industrial sector.
Between 2007 – 2015 Ms Sandberg was Vice President for Human Resources for Atlas Copco’s Industrial Technique business area. Before she started her current position at Atlas Copco in 2017, she was Senior Vice President Human Resources at Permobil.
Ms Sandberg can best be described as a generalist with passion for teams. Throughout the years she has been fortunate to be in roles covering both setting the strategic direction but also delivering and driving the HR agenda in operations.
Ms Sandberg holds a B.Sc. with a major in Human Resource Development and a MSc with a major in Sociology, Stockholm University.
