SwedCham AGM 2023

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Singapore will be held on Wednesday, 8 March 2023, 6:30-9:00 pm at 1880 Members Club​, 1 Nanson Road, Level 3, Singapore 238909.

This year we are honoured to have Ms Jacqueline Poh​, Managing Director of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB)​, as keynote speaker at our AGM.



AGENDA:

6:10-6:30 pm: Registration

6:30-7:10 pm: SwedCham's AGM 2023

7:15-8:00 pm: Keynote Speaker Ms Jacqueline Poh​, Managing Director of EDB​

8:00-9:00 pm: Light dinner.

The Agenda for the AGM can be found here​​​. If a Member wishes to add an item to the AGM Agenda, he/she may do so by notifying SwedCham's office in writing seven days before the date of the AGM, i.e. by 1 March 2023.

The following documents will be available at the AGM:

1. SwedCham's 2022 Financial Statements, together with the Auditors' Report
2. SwedCham's 2022 Annual Report
3. SwedCham's 2023 budget
4. A presentation of the Nomination Committee's proposal for new Board Members for 2023-24.

Should a voting Member not be able to attend, please use this proxy​​​ and send it via email to SwedCham's office by 1 March 2023 so that a quorum can be reached at the AGM.

Please note: Voting Members (Main Partners, Partners, Corporate Members and Start-up Members ) will be prioritised for this event. Any Individual Members who wish to attend, please fill in this form​​​, and we will let you know in due course if there is space available. We apologise for any inconvenience.

The AGM is free of charge. A drink and a light dinner will be served during the meeting. Dress code: Business casual.
