The Singapore Immigration Framework

Mr Jesper Albrekt is the APAC Global Immigration Manager for K2 Corporate Mobility, based in Singapore.

He started his career with a traineeship with the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Riga, Latvia where he focused on the EU asylum program. He then moved into the private sector, taking on a role with K2 Corporate Mobility where he has spent the last 5 years providing corporate immigration support, including in-depth counsel and analysis of immigration policy.

Today he manages immigration services for K2 in the APAC region, supporting large multinationals, smaller startup businesses, and everything in-between.

Mr Albrekt holds a Bachelor´s degree in Political Science at Malmo University and a Master´s Degree in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lancaster.

Mr Paul Barrett is Managing Director for K2 Corporate Mobility’s Asia Pacific division.

Mr Barret joined K2 in 2016, bringing with him 12 years of experience in client relationships and commercial roles within the global mobility sector.

Working collaboratively with client companies from a diverse range of industry sectors, he has extensive experience in successfully developing, implementing and managing mobility programmes aligned to clients’ organisational objectives and evolving talent requirements.

His focus is to ensure the strategic and operational effectiveness of K2 across the APAC region.
