Sebastian Grossmann began his tenure with Finnair in 2014 as Business Manager, where he oversaw Revenue Management and Pricing for Singapore, Thailand, India, Australia and Asian offline markets. Since then, he has widened his scope as Team Lead for Asia Pacific before his current position of Regional Manager for Southeast Asia, where he is accountable for the sales operations and business development of Finnair in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia as well as Vietnam and Cambodia.

Throughout his nine years in the aviation industry, Mr Grossmann has built up a wealth of experience in business development and sales, revenue management as well as pricing strategy and analysis. From his various roles across Asia Pacific, Mr Grossmann has developed a deep understanding of the landscape and knowledge about diverse Asian markets and long-haul traffic flows.

Mr Grossmann majored in Aviation Management at the International University of Applied Sciences in Germany. He is also passionate about coaching others and is interested in leadership as well as other learning and development initiatives.
